A few new Destiny videos have popped up over at the game's Instagram account. The three excerpts are brief, showing off some ships, a new (possibly Russian) area and a look at a map naming various Earth regions.
Fresh off developing the Bruce Willis-powered PlayStation game Apocalypse, developer Neversoft used the pre-built Willis model as the first rider in the prototype for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. That's just one of many fun facts in Did You Know Gaming?'s look at the king of skateboarding games.
Even Sony admit H1Z1's a lot like DayZ. Now you can see how similar the two are with 50 minutes of PS4 gameplay. As well as showing exploration, combat and vehicles in action, at one point the devs stop to build a shed with the crafting system. It's a good shed.
This new Japanese commercial for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call is absolutely ridiculous. Thirty seconds of creepy horror movie singing followed by another 30 seconds of Final Fantasy nostalgia tripping. I love it.
Ever think PS3's SixAxis stuff felt a little half-baked? Turns out that's because Sony's hardware division just went off and made it without telling anyone. Shuhei Yoshida (then head of US development) only found out three weeks before the 2006 E3 reveal when he was asked to "make something for it".

Alien: Isolation will be taking its cues from Ridley Scott's slower, more atmospheric 1979 original. That means no space marines, no P5000 power loader and may. Just you and one big, scary Xenomorph. Which you wont be able to kill.
Evolve, the next game by Left 4 Dead developers Turtle Rock Studios, looks fantastic. And while you can't try the co-op shooter just yet, you can see how an Evolve match plays out from any perspective you'd like in this interactive trailer.
