As we approach the end of the year and wallets take a beating under the weight of multiple Christmas celebrations, it’s both soothing and a little alarming to know that a host of Steam sales are on their way to help shoulder and add to that burden.
Over the weekend, the dates for a total of three upcoming sales leaked. Monday, October 28 will see the arrival of a short-lived Halloween sale, with discounts running until November 1. A few weeks after that, the Autumn sale will arrive, running from November 26 until December 3.
Leaked upcoming @steam_games 2019 sale dates:
? Halloween Sale: October 28 - November 1
? Autumn Sale: November 26 - December 3
? Winter Sale: December 19 - January 2
Multiple developers posted it in multiple places despite Valve asking otherwise. But you know how that goes.

Finally, the Steam Winter Sale will round out 2019 with deals running from December 19 until January 2, 2020. While the Halloween event is little more than a flash sale, Valve’s annual Christmas present to all of us will once again be a two-week extravaganza, full of sweet, sweet deals ready to empty our wallets just when they’re at their most vulnerable.
According to Steam Database, those dates came from “multiple developers”. While Valve tends to ask those participating in its sales to keep the dates quiet, it’s also forced to send sale dates out to all of its developers. With more than 30,000 titles now available on the platform, a few pairs of loose lips aren’t surprising, and should even give you a few weeks to start saving up.
