Bathtub Geralt is Coffee Art Now

By Alistair Jones on at

Bathtub Geralt is the gift that keeps on giving. Since the opening moments of The Witcher 3, the image of the monster hunter relaxing decadently in a Kaer Morhen bathtub has been recreated by everyone from cosplayers to miniature makers. And now, he’s even appearing in coffee cups.

Yesterday, CD Projekt shared two pictures from Tokyo latte artist george_10g on Instagram. While milk foam certainly isn’t the easiest medium to work in, Coffee Geralt’s gruff features and decadently-spread bare feet mean there’s no questioning who this is meant to be.

Once you get past the unfortunate colouring that coffee introduces to any bathroom scene, there are plenty of amusing little details in here, from the wood panelling on the 'tub', to Geralt being propped up on a mound of foam.  I just hope it tastes as good as it looks.
