A few weeks back now, we got the official reveal of Borderlands 3, a new entry in the loot shooting series releasing later this year. While several characters shown in trailers and gameplay are characters we already know from prior games in the series, they seem to be at different places in their lives since we last saw them, and mounting evidence suggests there's going to be DLC designed to bridge that gap.
Recently, rumours of an upcoming Borderlands 2 DLC started to spread around the internet, suggesting that a free update titled Commander Lilith & The Fight for Sanctuary would be announced and revealed during E3 2019. While at the time there was nothing too concrete to confirm this DLC was real, there is now some actual solid evidence.
Initially, reddit users browsing SteamDB, a great resource for seeing Steam listings early, spotted a new entry on Steam's servers for what appears to be Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & The Fight for Sanctuary.

Additionally, Twitter user RobotBrush who is known for posting Steam store pages early, tweeted out a link that will supposedly soon link to the DLC, and a convincing piece of art for it.
It seems like this DLC is most likely real, and not far at all away from being revealed and released.
