If an off-screen video posted on Reddit last night is to be believed, there's soon going to be an announcement of an open world Harry Potter RPG.
This rumour began last night, when a Reddit user named VapeThisBro posted a one-minute video which they claimed was a trailer shown off during a focus test. While cameras and phones were not permitted inside the event, the user claims they were never checked, nor were they made to sign an NDA, and as such took a chance and recorded the footage.
While there's nothing to confirm this footage is real, it certainly looks convincingly like a big-budget open-world Harry Potter game. Below is the text of a fact sheet apparently presented at the focus test. Kotaku UK cannot confirm this information, so take it with a pinch of salt:

While we don't know if this is real or not, we do know that back in April 2017 Warner Bros was hiring staff for Avalanche Software, and looking for senior writers "with a deep understanding of British culture and grammatical presentation." It wouldn't be a huge surprise if Avalanche were working on a Harry Potter RPG, and this may well be our first look.
