54 Songs That Will Be in The New Guitar Hero

By Keza MacDonald on at

The new Rock Band and the new Guitar Hero are doing different things. New Rock Band is conjuring the spirit of 2008; new Guitar Hero Live is changing pretty much everything about old Guitar Hero. I am totally happy with both approaches, personally - both were exciting to play for a music and rhythm-game nerd like me.

Where new Rock Band will have all of Rock Band's existing catalogue of songs to rely upon for party fun, though, new Guitar Hero is putting together a whole new track list. It promises "hundreds" of songs, and we're learning about a few more every week. Some of the earlier announcements had people raising an eyebrow, but as more and more songs are announced, it's looking more rounded.
