My Hero One's Justice Out in October, But a Major Character is a Pre-Order Bonus

My Hero One's Justice, the upcoming Bandai Namco 3D arena fighter based on the anime My Hero Academia, has a new trailer for the game, announcing a UK release date on PC, PS4, Switch and Xbox One.

My Hero One's Justice releases in the UK on October 26th, and those who preorder it will get access to playable fighter Endeavor. While Endeavor will eventually be made available as paid DLC, at launch he will only be playable by those who preordered the game, with other players having to kind of just wait for the DLC to eventually pop up. This is, sadly, fairly typical of Bandai Namco's anime fighting games.

Outside of that bonus character, the playable roster is as follows:

  • All Might
  • Dabi
  • Denki Kaminari
  • Eijiro Kirishima
  • Endeavor (Pre-Order Bonus)
  • Fumikage Tokoyami
  • Gran Torino
  • Himiko Toga
  • Izuku Midoriya
  • Katsuki Bakugo
  • Kyoka Jiro
  • Momo Yaoyorozu
  • Muscular
  • Ochaco Uraraka
  • Shota Aizawa
  • Shoto Todoroki
  • Stain
  • Tenya Iida
  • Tomura Shigaraki
  • Tsuyu Asui

Oh well. Hey, who needs a major protagonist in a fighting game who happens to be engulfed in flames and has a super move called the Brilliant Scorching Fist Jet Burn? Not me, I say, sobbing quietly in the corner with my standard edition of the game. Not me.
