New Hearthstone Legendary Plays Risk Reward With Turn Order

The newest Heathstone expansion, Kobolds and Catacombs, is due to release in the near future, and thanks to Eurogamer we've got a look at a new legendary card from the expansion. The card is called Temporus, and at a cost of seven mana it comes equipped with a pretty unique effect.

Here's the deal. When activated, your opponent gets to take two turns in a row, which is the kind of onslaught you'll really need to brace for. However, if you survive, you then get to take two turns in a row yourself.

It obviously poses a risk to use, as you have to be prepared for two turns of attacks thrown your way, but if you have a specifc combo you wish to activate that takes two turns to use and is open to being countered easily, this card could be the window to success. Seriously, I am excited to see how older tricky or risky combos might become viable in conjunction with this.

Kobolds and Catacombs is due out some time in December.
