Dragon Ball FighterZ, one of the most anticipated 2D fighting games on the horizon right now, is getting three new fighters. According to a Gematsu report citing the newest issue of Weekly Jump, Gotenks, Kid Buu and Adult Gohan are all coming to the game's already impressive roster.

Gotenks can make use of Charging Ultra Buu Buu Volleyball as his meteor special attack, but Piccolo will be replaced from the original combo move with a member of your assembled team where applicable. Kid Buu's special is called Planet Burst, and Adult Gohan has access to Ultimate Kamehameha.

The article in Weekly Jump also confirms a shop where you can use in-game currency to buy alternate costume colours for characters, along with an arcade mode which shouldn't be a huge surprise for a 2D fighting game.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to release on Xbox One and PS4 in January 2018.
