Super Smash Bros. Screenshots are Just the Best

Video game screenshots, as a general rule, are not very interesting. They're dull, full of guns, and usually so dolled up in photoshop that they're more works of fiction than genuine marketing tools.

Super Smash Bros. is an exception to this rule. The folks behind Nintendo's upcoming fighting game—out for 3DS this summer, and Wii U this winter—have mastered the art of amazing, ridiculous, legit funny screenshots. I've spent a large chunk of the afternoon going through all the new ones Nintendo released last night. Here are my favourites:
